I am currently an out of network provider for most insurance providers. Generally services are still partially covered by your insurance plan and I can work with you to determine benefits. I do also offer a limited amount of sliding scale slots. Payment is due at the time of service and I currently accept all major credit cards (no cash or checks at this time). If you miss a scheduled session and have not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee of service.
